The rattan revival has been building for some time. It’s been popping up in our grids as the summer style we all need – and thanks to the laid-back, ’70s mood that this style brings with it, it’s a trend we’re jumping on.

Giving your home a rattan upgrade is easily adapted to any budget: from big-ticket items, like bed frames and hanging chairs, to small accent pieces (think baskets and trays), wicker furniture adds texture and interest. Ideal for bringing a warm summer mood into your living, dining or bedroom, the beautiful woven material brings a touch of the tropics to your home.

We trawled insta and Pinterest for some inspired, modern spaces for you to replicate, as well as some updated rattan furnishings you can easily incorporate into your home. Get inspired and let the breezy summer vibes settle it…
